Wudang Jian Foundation Practice* and Two Person Sword

Training in basic and advanced techniques and core movements, individual practice and two person training of applications and actual sword use. Followed by learning a complete two person sword (Dui Jian) form. Padded swords will be provided for use during two person training to ensure safety and allow for power in movement.
