Shuang Long Dao/Two Dragons Path offers instruction in Wudang Taiji Quan (aka Wudang Tai Chi Chuan), Wudang Qigong, Wudang Internal Kung Fu and Bai Long Quan Kung Fu. Taiji & Kung Fu training is a excellent way to strengthen and develop both mind and body, as well as being superb cross training for all sports. Regular practice helps to build and maintain strength and power to the legs, upper body, and core.
