Shuang Long Dao/Two Dragons Path offers instruction in Wudang Taiji Quan (aka Wudang Tai Chi Chuan), Wudang Qigong, Wudang Internal Kung Fu and Bai Long Quan Kung Fu. Taiji & Kung Fu training is a excellent way to strengthen and develop both mind and body, as well as being superb cross training for all sports. Regular practice helps to build and maintain strength and power to the legs, upper body, and core.

Instruction is given in a style that is designed to be exciting, challenging and thorough while being extremely inclusive and tailored to accommodate a wide range of ages and physical ability. Breath development and qigong practice are part of every class. Adult classes are open to all ages 15 years and older. Young Dragons classes are for ages 8 - 14. All adult classes include instruction in the Wudang Five Animals Qigong.

New students (whether you’re new to the martial arts or are an experienced practitioner) are welcome any time. Private instruction is also offered.
Summer Colby Park classes sponsored by the Melrose YMCA, Melrose Department of Recreation, and Mass in Motion start on July 11, 2019. New Thursday night classes at the JCC of Greater Boston start on September 26, 2019. See Events page for details.
