Starting new training in the Wudang 108 Movement Form with all of our students in our Monday night and Saturday classes. Starting in November, and continuing for the next several months. Classes will include our usual warm up exercises and Qigong practice, with the added emphasis on the Wudang 108. The new Fall sessions start on October 26th for the Saturday open training combo class, October 29th for the Monday night class, and November 2nd for the Saturday Melrose YMCA class. New students can be pro-rated into running sessions. Call or email us for more information.
