Shuang Long Dao/Two Dragons Path offers instruction in Wudang Taiji Quan, Wudang Qigong, Wudang Internal Kungfu and Bai Long Quan Kungfu. Taiji & Kungfu training is a excellent way to strengthen and develop both mind and body, as well as being superb cross training for all sports. Regular practice helps to build and maintain strength and power to the legs, upper body, and core. Instruction is given in a style that is designed to be exciting, challenging and thorough while being extremely inclusive and tailored to accommodate a wide range of ages and physical ability. Breath development and qigong practice are part of every class. Classes are open to all ages 16 years and older. All classes include instruction in the Wudang Five Animals Qigong. New students (whether you’re new to the martial arts or are an experienced practitioner) are welcome any time. Private instruction is also offered.
